Our love for all things pinafore continues with this sugary sweet, preppy looking piece....complete with ruffles....pretty checkered motifs....we really really adore this cute number! Inner piece is non detachable, sewn on to the pinafore....measurements are 11" from shoulder to waist and 18" from waist to hem....so it's most suitable for you petites yea...as you can see the model is not really petite...:P
